The production site data and its status cannot be obtained in real-time.
2、Low Mgmt. Efficiency
This includes enterprises’ weak IT capabilities, low digitalization levels, loose mgmt., low operation efficiency and over dependence on human labor.
3、High Energy Consumption, High Pollution
The supply-side structural reform of big energy consumption enterprises has already started with energy efficiency, as the core testing standard. The traditional park enterprises still lack support and experience in managing energy data and may risk failing “double-control” standards.
4、High Safety Risks
In the industrial park, the pedestrian and traffic flows are high and complex. The situation sensing of people, objects and scenarios is weak. Measures are often taken after accidents happen. Production safety is difficult to implement, and consequences of accidents are severe.
